THE LEARNING PROCESS AT IUM IS BASED ON A HIGHLY DEMANDING AND RIGOROUS APPROACH, AS WELL AS LISTENING AND ACTIVE LEARNING PARTICIPATION.
This is why professors propose to work on case studies and real work situation as did Adjunct Professor Songa in his Sales Team Management Class. This « hands-on » approach increases the knowledge’s sustainability and the students’business know-how. Learning is then interactive and more interesting for students.
